Caught in a cycle of depletion, I put everyone else first until my own health surrendered, leaving me helpless and reliant on a system that felt fragmented and broken.

In that stillness of recovery, a whisper grew into a call: It was time to reclaim my sovereignty and align with my deepest truth.
